How quickly will I get a quotation after sending my enquiry?
We send a detailed quotation within 24 hours of receiving your enquiry. To make that quote accurate, include the product category, opening sizes or drawings, quantity, destination port and your target price level. If some details are still open, we can quote on the information you have and adjust later. Our sales team of more than 200 people handles enquiries from importers, wholesalers, contractors and project buyers.
Can I get samples before placing a full order?
Yes. Samples are free of charge across all product categories, including windows and doors. You only pay the international shipping cost. This lets you check profile finish, colour and hardware before committing to a bulk order. Custom orders also include a pre-production sample approval step before full manufacturing begins, so the approved sample and the production run stay consistent.
Do you help with design and installation?
We can provide 2-3 design options for your approval, free of charge. For installation, we can send architects to guide the construction on site, or send a construction team to carry out the work, so you do not need to provide construction personnel. Shipping is FOB Foshan or Guangzhou, CIF or EXW, and door-to-door delivery is available for some countries.
